  Poorly managed partnership , particularly the Furzton Branch, average appointment times 3 to 5 weeks . GP earnings high but customer service low . Not the worst GP practice in Milton Keynes but near the bottom , clinically average , not interested in customer feedback.
  Practices in more challenging areas perform better. One word sums up the partnership ' complacent '
